Under the seemingly endless canvas of the Arabian Gulf, which becomes the canvas of ambition, Dubai has been painstakingly compiling itself as the finest. The premium class tower aesthetic design that doesn’t make a loud noise, but architecture designed that fits in. Architecture that can interweave itself among the routines of everyday life, like inspired from the town of the Mediterranean. As it grows into the rich, master crafted fabric of DLRC, the façade embodies the city's remarkable ability to forge meaning out of beauty. As it trickles down each curve in its façade, each glinting corner of its interiors, and each common act that plays across its rooftop gardens. With its architecture design balconies is cantilevered, like waves on the ocean, and covered with warm sandstone and cream-toned render. The rooftop has been created solely to unwind - it includes an infinity pool overlooking the green Dubailand landscape, cabanas that drape the linen with views across to Dubai Marina. The sun-lounge chairs fitted along timber decking, a completely furnished fitness centre and seating areas which provide a peaceful atmosphere under the shade of the palm trees.
