Prices start from €1,750 per m² for internal space. Terrace space is priced at €875 per m². Buyers pay a 30% down payment, with the remaining 70% due according to the payment schedule in the purchase agreement. Completion is scheduled within two years.

An optional parking space is available for €10,000. The estimated service charge is €15 to €20 per month. Notary fees and other purchase costs are payable by the buyer upon completion.
